The VOLS Elderly Project provides Manhattan residents aged 60+ with free legal information, advice, brief services and/or referrals to pro bono attorneys. Other issues reviewed at the Legal Clinics include non-emergency housing matters (SCRIE, repairs, succession rights, etc.), consumer and debt issues, Medicare/Medicaid, Social Security/SSI, and other civil legal matters.
